1. Orders & Payments
How can I place an order?
Placing an order at Ninot® is simple:
- Browse our collections and select your favourite products.
- Add them to your cart and proceed to checkout.
- Fill in your shipping details and choose your preferred payment method.
- Confirm your order, and we’ll take care of the rest!
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), as well as PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
Once an order is confirmed, it is processed immediately to ensure fast delivery. If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact our support team within 12 hours of placing your order. We will do our best to assist you, but changes may not always be possible.
2. Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship to?
We ship across Europe, including Germany, France, the UK, the Netherlands, and Scandinavia. If your country is not listed at checkout, please contact us.
How long does delivery take?
- Germany, France, Netherlands: 3-5 business days
- UK, Scandinavia: 5-7 business days
- Other EU countries: 5-10 business days
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs vary depending on your location and will be calculated at checkout. We offer free shipping on orders over €100 in selected countries.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package on our logistics partner’s website.
3. Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 14 days of receiving your order. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in perfect condition.
How do I request a return?
- Contact our support team with your order number.
- We will provide return instructions and a return label (if applicable).
- Send the item back to us, and we will process your refund once received.
Are returns free?
We do not cover return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or damaged.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item. The amount will be credited back to your original payment method.
4. Products & Quality
Where are Ninot® products made?
Our products are designed and manufactured in Europe, ensuring the highest quality standards. We partner with trusted brands like Ette Tete, ECOTOYS, Adensen, and Breden to provide safe, durable, and sustainable products.
Are your products safe for children?
Yes! All our products are made from non-toxic, child-safe materials and meet European safety standards (CE-certified). We prioritise eco-friendly materials like organic cotton, natural wood, and BPA-free finishes.
Do your products require assembly?
Some of our furniture items may require simple assembly. We provide easy-to-follow instructions with each product.
5. Warranty & Product Issues
Do Ninot® products come with a warranty?
Yes! We offer a 2-year warranty on all our products. If you experience any defects related to manufacturing, contact us for a replacement or repair.
What if I receive a damaged or defective item?
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package. Provide photos of the issue, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund.
